During a broadcast held by Capcom to commemorate the ten-year anniversary of the release of the original Dragon’s Dogma game, the sequel, Dragon’s Dogma II, was unveiled.

The game would make use of the RE Engine, which is the same graphics engine that was utilized by the most recent entries in the Resident Evil series, as well as by Devil May Cry 5, as was announced at the time by the game’s director, Hideaki Itsuno.

It is fair to believe that there is still some time remaining before the game will really be made available for purchase. This is because the contents of the game are still unknown at this moment, and the announcement was followed by the publishing of just the game’s logo.

Along the same lines, the platforms on which it will land are unknown at this moment. It has come to light that some members of the group that is responsible for producing the second installment are also part of the group that contributed to the development of the original game.

The original Dragon’s Dogma video game was ported over to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012, and both platforms received the update.
Since that time, video game has been made available on a variety of other platforms, such as the personal computer (PC) and the Nintendo Switch.
