Money Heist has returned to Netflix. This time as a prequel to the original series focused on the character of Andrés de Fonollosa alias Berlin, played by actor Pedro Alonso. In this new fiction, the cunning criminal finds himself surrounded by a new group of robbers and focuses his plot on the robbery of an auction house in the heart of Paris.

One of the new characters in the series, unusual for the Spanish public, is that of the actress Samantha Siqueiros. This young 29-year-old Mexican plays Camille, a woman that Berlin falls in love with at first sight and works to conquer throughout the season with only one problem… she is also the wife of the boss of the auction store. that they intend to rob.

A rising talent on Mexican TV who makes his international leap for love

Samantha Siqueiros was born on September 13, 1994 in the city of La Paz in Baja California Sur. Her debut in her profession took place at the age of 21 when she participated in the pilot of the series ‘Baila’, which did not prosper. Since then, her career has been on the rise , starring in the Nickelodeon youth series ‘Vikki RPM’ and, later, in the soap opera ‘Sin tu mira’.

More recently, Siqueiros made the jump to Netflix, where he has participated in the series ‘ You can’t hide ‘ and ‘ The Secret of the Greco Family ‘. However, as she herself confesses in statements to Vanidades, she decided to park her career in Mexico and move to Spain for love , where her partner resides.

Once in our country, Siqueiros tried her luck to resume her career here and, as she herself confesses, ” the moment I thought Spain was not for me, Berlin arrived .” A challenge that she has overcome thanks to the help of Pedro Alonso with whom she connected from the first moment: “we had a lot of empathy and everything he did on the set helped me.”

Regarding the character of Camille, Samantha Siqueiros confesses that the creators of ‘Money Heist’ have opted for a lighter story in ‘ Berlin ‘ and she tries to provide, above all, a certain touch of humor . How is she similar to her character in the series? The actress assures that she shares with her the roller coaster of emotions that they are capable of feeling in an instant, as well as her sensitivity.

In the differences section is femininity , since although Camille is pure sensuality, Siqueiros claims to have grown up surrounded by boys, since all her brothers are boys.
