For this year 2022, anyone would think that Motorola’s aspirations are quite high. Especially after seeing what they are preparing with the Moto Edge 30.
But now a new report has emerged, around the Moto G22, which makes us think that in reality, the manufacturer would seek to strengthen itself in all branches.
A few months ago Motorola technically became the first manufacturer to present a device with the ultra-powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
This chipset will be the obligatory reference for the market in the following years and each new report seems to suggest that the brand only took the first step in an ambitious direction with that launch.
This would be the Moto G22
From 91 Mobiles in collaboration with the well-known Evan Blass, what would be the renders with the final design of the Moto G22 have been leaked, a mid-range device that has a lot to defend, continuing the legacy marked by the previous model.
This model was previously known by the code name Hawaii + and now in these renders, we see it in its variant with a 6.5-inch OLED screen, at a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels with a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
On the back, we find a triple camera where the main sensor would be 50 MP, added to an 8 MP Ultra Wide lens, a 2 MP macro and a 2 MP depth sensor.
According to the leak that accompanies the renders, this Moto G22 would also have a MediaTek G37 processor with four ARM 53 cores at 2.3 GHz along with four ARM 53 cores at 1.8 GHz and an unidentified GPU at 680 MHz.
The device is supposed to have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. As well as a 5,000mAh battery, headphone jack on the body, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner above the power button.
It is even stated that in some markets this same phone would be sold under the Lenovo K15+ model. Although the final range of its retail price is unknown.
The big unknown here is the cameras and the final performance they would have.
