Although most users use their phones to make calls and access popular applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram; there are many others who are unaware that smartphones have secret methods that are of great help, one of these tools has just gone viral on social networks.
Known as ‘gravity mode’, with this trick an apparent new cell phone screen will be enabled; however, it is another interface within the same application that will simulate as if your other apps and programs are floating and will automatically move in the same way that you tilt your smartphone. Next, we explain the step by step to activate this curious mode.
A simple guide to activate the ‘gravity mode’ on your cell phone:
- The first thing you should do is enter the Google Play Store, the virtual store that Android mobile devices have.
- Once there, search for the Rolling icons – App and photo application and download it. You can find it directly at this link.
- You install the app and accept the terms and conditions requested.
- Enter the program so you can see the different options available.
- You will need to find the Application icon box and then tap on “Okay, go ahead”.
- Next, select the apps you want to float when you move your phone.
- Press the home button on your smartphone. The important thing about this part is that it must be with the button that we mentioned and not with the back arrow.
- Finally, the cell phone will ask you which app you want to choose for the main screen, where you will have to choose Rolling icons.
- And you will now be able to choose if you only want this cheat to work “Only once” or “Always”.
WhatsApp plans to update group calls to indicate which person is speaking
At the end of 2021, the beta version of the application for iOS and Android devices revealed the first advances on the great redesign that the call interface will soon receive, which aspires to be more modern and minimalist.
In mid-January, the instant messaging service’s test channel announced that developers are working on the possibility of displaying a default screen background when making a call.
Now, the latest WhatsApp beta update (v. 2.22.5.4) has revealed that the company plans to introduce a voice wave animation below the name of each of the participants in a group call.
The purpose of this new graph is to let users know precisely who is speaking at the moment during the conversation, which should help avoid confusion when trying to figure out who is speaking.
Along with this wave scheme, WhatsApp will also make the participant’s box highlight in a specific colour every time you say something. Currently, the group voice call interface only shows the photo of the members who have joined.
