NINE DEAD IN MICHOACÁN IN TWO OPERATIONS; INCLUDING A POLICEMAN

The Secretary of Public Security of Michoacán, reported that the operations carried out were in charge of the local police, the Mexican Army, and the National Guard, who neutralized eight objectives, where weapons and vehicles were secured.

The first incident was recorded when security elements detected a vehicle (a white Ford Figo with Jalisco plates) where armed men were circulating.

There began a chase that ended with the overturning of the unit, losing the lives of four individuals who carried four long weapons and one short.

The accident where the alleged criminals died was in Sahuayo, on the road that leads to Jiquilpan.

Another confrontation was in Jiquilpan, on Circunvalación Avenue, where a shootout broke out between security elements and crew members of a gray Dodge Attitude who were carrying long weapons. It is mentioned that four other criminals and a policeman died there.
