“Pinocchio” is a popular tale that has had multiple adaptations, either to television series or in film format; However, the wait to enjoy the new version of “Pinocchio” by Guillermo del Toro, an adaptation of the classic 1883 tale written by Carlo Collodi, becomes shorter and shorter, as Netflix revealed its first preview.
It is known that in 2022 we will have two versions of “Pinocchio”: the one by Robert Zemeckis and the Stop Motion version of the Mexican Guillermo del Toro.

For a long time, the streaming giant had confirmed that it had prepared everything to produce a tape in stop motion format of the classic tale and that it would be directed by Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro and Mark Gustafson.
Little by little, more details have been released about it, such as the voice cast, which would be made up of Hollywood giants: Ewan McGregor, Tilda Swinton, Christoph Waltz, Cate Blanchett, Finn Wolfhard, John Turturro, and Ron Perlman.
After revealing the cast, little has been known about the new version of “Pinocchio”; However, this Monday, Netflix decided to reveal and release the first preview of this film.

In the official look we have we are introduced to Sebastian J. Criecke t better known as “Jimin Cricket”, who is voiced by Ewan McGregor. The cricket tells us how it will tell us a story that we probably think we know perfectly; but, little by little, he mentions that we do not know her, since he was present and to finish he makes it very clear that he lived inside the heart of a wooden child.
