Kim, 41, and Pete, 28, were spotted holding hands on Wednesday while celebrating Pete’s birthday in Palm Springs, California, according to exclusive images.

Neither Kim nor Pete could conceal their beaming smiles as they strolled near her mother Kris Jenner’s $12 million estate, where they have been residing together, leaving little question that their relationship is more than a fleeting affair.

At least one fan drew attention to Davidson’s outfit, which comprised an oversized t-shirt, flannel SKIMS pajama trousers, a baseball cap, New Balances, and bright yellow patterned socks.
