The next generation of the iPhone still has a long way to go before its launch, but that does not prevent leaks from appearing on the features that the iPhone 14 would have. The latest information indicates that the devices could integrate a 48 megapixel sensor.
According to 91mobiles, the iPhone 14 Pro models could have a hole-punch display, and that Apple could finally ditch its Lightning port and replace it with a USB Type-C port. It is also stated that the Pro models will get up to 2TB of storage.
However, the most relevant information is related to Apple’s intention to make the leap to 48-megapixel sensors, as the company has not moved beyond 12-megapixel sensors for some time.
We may see a 48-megapixel main camera with the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This is in line with earlier rumors from Ming-Chi Kuo, a renowned Apple product analyst, who suggested that upcoming models might support 8K video recording.
The report also notes that the iPhone 14 Pro models will come with 8GB of RAM instead of 6GB. As for storage, we will have variants from 64 GB to 2 TB of storage.
