A call regarding a fire in a campervan was received by SOS Alarm on Wednesday night.
The emergency services, including four fire trucks and an ambulance, were dispatched.
The call came in at 7:31 PM as the camper was parked at a spot south of Vassbotten.

Anders Helmborn, the man in charge of the fire alarm system, has just announced that the fire is well under way but that the Rescue Service is already on the scene and working to put it out.
We continue to put out the fire, but there is no danger of it spreading to nearby buildings, he says.
The fire did not result in any injuries.

Thankfully, no one was hurt since “the convoy was empty,” as helmborn puts it.
At 9 o’clock, the emergency crews had finished their work and were ready to go.
Without finding any evidence of foul play, the police have prepared a report of a fire.
