“Rather dead than simple” is a popular phrase and Khloé Kardashian does not take it lightly. The businesswoman assured that if for some reason she fell into a coma, she would still get a manicure regularly.

In a conversation with her mother Kris Jenner , who is recovering from hip replacement surgery, she said it’s in her will to get her nails done while she’s bedridden because people would keep coming to visit her.

These statements by the former partner of basketball player Tristan Thompson occurred during the fifth episode of the second season of the reality show The Kardashian , which airs every Thursday on the Hulu streaming platform.

“My family and I talk about wills and death, we tell each other what our wishes are if something terrible were to happen to us,” said the CEO and founder of the Good American brand . “If I’m in a coma, I’m still going to get my nails done once a week, that’s in my will because people are going to visit me,” she added.

Jenner revealed that her firstborn, Kim Kardashian, had asked her doctor to save her mother’s bones when she dies so she could make jewelry out of them: “That’s sinister,” she said.

Long, super-glam nails are a signature part of the 38-year-old TV star’s style. Last year during his appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden , the host immediately pointed out his rainbow-tipped manicure. “Oh my gosh! Look at these nails! Are they always like this, your nails?” the comedian asked. “Are they always this sharp?”

To which she replied, “Well, I live life the same way everyone else does. Everyone is so fascinated by the length of my nails.”
