A study by the University of Arizona found that cell phones are one of the most germ-rich objects in existence. Look at this homemade trick to properly disinfect it.
Did you know that the cell phone is one of the dirtiest objects that exist? In fact, a study from the University of Arizona revealed that these devices have 10 times more bacteria than the lid of a toilet, since they are in constant contact with our hands, with which we grab many things during the day. Even, many people tend to manipulate their cell phones when they are eating.
Given this, several experts recommend disinfecting these electronic devices daily, in order to eliminate the germs that are in them and prevent future infectious diseases. Here we give you some simple steps to do it without spending money or damaging your equipment.
To disinfect your phone quickly and easily you only need distilled water, isopropyl alcohol, a soft towel, a cotton or microfiber cloth, a swab and a toothpick.
First, you should remove the visible dirt in the slots of the phone with the help of the toothpick, but carefully, without damaging the phone. Then, with the swab, gently clean the corners of the equipment. Once this is done, mix droplets of distilled water and isopropyl alcohol (in equal amounts) and then moisten the microfiber or cotton cloth and clean the chassis and cell phone screen. Be careful with the microphone and the camera.
At the end, the microfiber cloth is completely dry to remove the moisture. It is advisable to do this procedure with the cell phone turned off. Once you clean it, wait a few minutes to turn it on.
