Since the military deployment of Russia in Ukraine, the tragedies in the most vulnerable groups are countless. This time, a girl was affected by an air attack in Mariupol, on Ukrainian territory. Doctors tried to revive her, but her youngest, who was in her unicorn pyjamas, died. Through tears, one of the doctors demanded that the case be shown to Vladimir Putin.
Last Sunday, February 27, the port city of Mariupol was once again the epicenter of a Russian offensive by air. A family, who had not managed to escape and who were sheltering in their home, was hit by one of the projectiles. When the parents, both injured, verified the damage, they found their youngest daughter unconscious.
The hospital of the same locality when taking note of the case sent an ambulance. With haste, he arrived at the affected house to transfer the girl, who was still wearing her unicorn pyjamas. On the way, the medical group tried to revive her, but there was no response, the bombing had seriously damaged the little girl.
This; however, she did not leave them idly by. Upon arrival at the Mariupol hospital, the cries of the doctors highlighted the only slogan: “Get her out, get her out, we can do it.”
While the mother remained outside, totally disconsolate, the girl was taken on a stretcher to the emergency area. A group of doctors were waiting for her there. A nurse gave him an injection. Later, another went to the defibrillator to enhance the resuscitation process. She has also pumped oxygen.
The seconds passed and sadness began to show on the faces of all those present. In the end, what they were trying to prevent happened. The six-year-old girl died. At that moment, one of the doctors, very upset, approached an Associated Press journalist and shouted: “Show this to Putin.”
The same doctor turned around, returned to where the minor was, slowly closed her eyes and covered her.
