This Friday (28) is celebrated the World Burger Day, one of the most popular foods in the world. To celebrate the date, check out a different and tasty recipe suggested by chef Fernanda Lee Lonchiati , 23, who works as an entrepreneur in the gastronomy field. For the meal to be complete, it is worth to accompany it with crispy potatoes and fresh salad. Here’s how to prepare:
Ingredients:
150 g finely sliced red onion
• Grated ginger to taste
• Soy sauce to taste
• 1 tablespoon miso (soy paste)
• 100 g shitake
• 100 g Paris mushroom
Sweet Potato Fries:
• 200 g of sweet potatoes cut into sticks
• Vegetable oil enough to fry
Cheese cream:
• 150 g of gorgonzola cheese
• 150 g of Gouda cheese
• Milk as much as enough to give the point
To serve:
• Arugula leaves to taste
• Dijon mustard to taste
• Hamburger bread
Preparation mode:
Pass the meat through the grinder, along with the bacon, and mix everything well. Shape the ground meat into discs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Take the hamburgers to grill over high heat until you like. Reserve.
Fry the sweet potatoes in the hot oil until they are crispy. In another pan, melt the cheeses and add milk to make the cream point. Place in jars and set aside.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, sauté the onions with a pinch of grated ginger and mushrooms. Add soy sauce and miso and mix well.
When serving, open the hamburger buns, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard and add the arugula. Place the hamburger on the bread and cover the meat with the mushroom and onion mix. Serve with crispy potatoes and cheese sauce.
