The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers have returned, and they’re quite old. Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always, a new film starring the cast of the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, will be released on April 19th.
Richard Horvitz reprises his role as Alpha5, David Yost reprises his role as Blue Ranger Billy Cranston, Catherine Sutherland reprises her role as Pink Ranger Kat Hillard, and Barbara Goodson reprises her role as Rita Repulsa.
Regrettably, the individuals that played the Yellow Ranger and White/Green Ranger have died and will not appear in the upcoming film.
According to the caravan, the Rangers will go through time to stop Rita Repulsa’s nefarious plan to kill them before they become Rangers. Johnny Yong Bosch and Karan Ashley will also appear in the film.
The second Black Ranger was Yong Bosch, and the second Yellow Ranger was Karan. What’s most intriguing about this caravan is how ancient the Rangers have become. There’s something intriguing about Power Rangers who are middle-aged men and women.
