UNITED STATES.- It seems that Park Seo-Joon has been offered an important role alongside Brie Larson in the upcoming sequel to “Captain Marvel . ”
According to Korean media outlet Soompi, industry agents first reported on the casting of the 32-year-old actor. However, the actor’s agency has yet to confirm the news.
If confirmed, Park will be the third Korean actor to star in a Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie after Claudia Kim in “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and Ma Dong Seok in “Eternals . ”
The report also states that the actor will head to the United States in the second half of 2021 to begin shooting the film, which is titled “The Marvels . ”
The film is scheduled to premiere on November 11, 2022. It will be part of Phase Four of MCU
Park Seo-Joon is a popular South Korean actor and singer. Besides having participated in “Parasites” he has worked in films such as: “Midnight Runners”, “The Divine Fury”, “Dream”, among others.
