Metallica has released the third track from its upcoming album 72 Seasons, which will be released in its entirety on April 14.
“If darkness had a son” will thus keep us waiting, as the first two extracts have: ” Lux Aeterna ” and “Screaming Suicide “, the making of which was disclosed last week.
Metallica’s members revealed a third album in an unusual fashion, each providing an excerpt from their instrumental contribution. The title was introduced to the indices during guitarist Kirk Hammett’s tenure.
The band has announced an M72 tour in 2023 and 2024, featuring 46 gigs in 22 cities around the world.
“We just announced a two-year world tour,” Lars Ulrich said of the tour. Dates for 2023 and 2024 have been set. We will visit a city near you and perform two nights in each of them.
On the other side, there will be two unique shows. Hence, if you buy your tickets for the two events, you can be sure that they will not be replicated; they will be two completely different concerts.
