Celine Boy Taehyung: BTS vocalist causes a frenzy among fans as he makes his first official appearance at the luxury brand’s pop-up event in Seoul

BTS’ Taehyung, popularly known as V, made his first official appearance on March 30 at French luxury brand CELINE’s pop-up event at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido Hyundai Department Store.

BTS’ Taehyung captivated the audience in an all-black attire and a long contemporary overcoat, teamed with a stunning pair of denim trousers and double chains to complete the look. This was his debut appearance as the official worldwide ambassador for CELINE, alongside BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Park Bo-gum.

He enchanted the reporters and paparazzi who waited for a glimpse of him with his faultless appearance and handsome aura. The artist quickly dominated Twitter trends with the hashtags “TaehyungXCeline,” “KimTaehyung,” and “Celine BoyTaehyung.”

Taehyung of BTS wore a $3,450 large strap Romy purse to CELINE’s pop-up event.

Taehyung of BTS received high accolades for his overall performance at CELINE’s pop-up event in Seoul from fans and fashion critics worldwide. His high-fashion and fashionable avatar, dressed entirely in black, became an internet sensation.

CELINE’s pop-up store in Seoul was a welcoming environment committed to exhibiting the most recent and beautiful fashion goods from the brand’s schedule to celebrities and media in attendance.

Interestingly, V complemented the ensemble with some pricey accessories, including a $3,450 large strap Romy bag and $1,350 Conique boots. The suit is from the Summer 2023 collection of CELINE Homme.

BTS fans praised the Sweet Night singer on social media for his elegant late-night arrival at the event, offering visuals and seamless charms. Taehyung of BTS was not the only one that attended CELINE’s pop-up event. BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Park Bo-gum, as well as the French luxury brand’s other brand ambassadors, attended the event.

Park Bo-gum looked dapper in a sleek black leather jacket, a button-down white shirt, and a slender Jacquard tie. He accessorized his modest appearance with pleated shorts, thick platform boots, and CELINE’s distinctive messenger bag.

BLACKPINK’s Lisa, unlike Taehyung and Park Bo-gum, chose a beige and cream-colored jacket with a matching mini-skirt and a black crop top to complete the appearance. She, like the other two ambassadors, wore an expensive purse as an accessory.

The three brand ambassadors have previously attended a CELINE event. The previous year. BTS’s Jungkook, BLACKPINK’s Lisa, and Park Bo-gum all made an appearance at CELINE’s Spring/Summer 2023 Menswear collection display in Paris, dressed to the nines.

In their first media appearance, the stars wore iridescent black and red ensembles that inspired 90s grungy glam rock. They wore matched black attire to the after-party shortly afterwards. Incidentally, the Inner Child vocalist was not a CELINE brand ambassador at the time and was invited by Hedi Slimane, CELINE’s image director.

Notably, many things from his all-black CELINE outfit rapidly sold out in South Korea following his visit at the pop-up store. The BTS singer’s visit sparked a frenzy on Naver (Korea’s version of Google), with over 850 K-media articles discussing his attendance.

CELINE dressed Taehyung of BTS for his first solo Elle Korea cover.

CELINE, a French luxury brand, designed the BTS vocalist for his first solo Elle Korea cover. The artist appeared in three different cover photographs, a first for the fashion magazine.

He wore a fashionable blazer with his stage name “V” embossed on it for his debut appearance. He wore a classic denim jacket and jeans with metal pin balls and embroidery on his jacket for his second look.

Finally, for his third appearance, the singer wore a scarlet red blazer with silver spots. He also wore a red and blue oversized jumper (inspired by the colors of the American flag) and a striking nose ring, and he went shirtless for one of the exclusive photos, with flowers stuck in his jeans.

CELINE announced at the moment that they were thrilled and delighted to officially style the BTS vocalist for his debut Elle Korea cover.
