The Kingdom of Heaven (2005) is an epic film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Orlando Bloom, Eva Greeny Jeremy Irons, about the Crusades in the twelfth century, specifically in the so-called Jerusalem Siege of 1187. Employ historical characters such as Balduino IV, the Leper King, Ibelin’s Templars or Belian, along with fictional characters such as Godfrey of Ibelin who bring great weight to the rhythm of history.
Distributed by 20th Century Fox, the film grossed $ 164 million.
