After launching the multi-device support and its version for tablets, Google Duo follows the steps of Google Messages and releases its web version. Now you can make video calls and calls from your desktop.
So far, the desktop version of Google Duo was exclusive to Chrome OS, but from today we can use this Google service from any operating system through the web browser.
Link your Google account
If we want to use Google Duo from our computer or laptop, the first thing we have to do is link our Google account. For this we have to follow these steps:
Open the Google Duo application of your mobile device.
Go to Menu> Settings.
Go to “Google account” and click on Add account.
Select your account and click on “Accept” to link it.
Open Google Duo from your desktop
Once our account is linked, we can enter duo.google.com to use Google Duo from the browser. Its web version allows us to make calls and video calls to our contacts.
