World Darts Championship: James Wade impresses and is the first to secure a place in the semi-finals

This afternoon the first game in the quarter-finals of the World Darts Championship was scheduled. James Wade, the number four in the world, competed against Mervyn King, the number 21 in the world.

Wade is in a very strong tournament and Mervyn King also experienced that in the quarterfinals. After Wade first beat Kleermaker by a clear 4-0 in the fourth round, King also got no sets today. 

James Wade never made it exciting and won the match convincingly 5-0. As a result, he is now the first player in the semifinals. In it he will compete against Gerwyn Price or Michael Smith.
