The body tracking dogs went on the attack in the summer of last year. Shortly after, investigators discovered the remains of Raul Ambriz Guillan (51), who was shot in the back of the head and buried on a remote road in Florida.

Aubrey Gold (24), a porn star, has now been sentenced to ten years in prison in connection with the crime. The accused did not deny the allegations, but she also did not plead guilty (technical term in US law “plea of nolo contendere,” which means “I do not deny” in Latin).

Jeremie Peters and William Parker, the porn star’s boyfriend at the time, are also suspected in the murder. Aubrey Gold had heavily incriminated herself, which made the deal with only ten years in prison possible in the first place.

Peters was sentenced to 20 years in prison in June of this year for aiding and abetting second-degree murder (comparable to manslaughter under German law) with a firearm. Parker, the alleged shooter, is currently on trial.

The victim and the three suspects were last seen alive on July 4, 2020. The crucial tip came from Raul Ambriz Guillan’s roommate. The decomposed body was discovered in August, and the trio was apprehended.

The crime’s history has yet to be fully revealed. According to one sheriff, it was all about “drugs and money.”

“My father called my mother the day before she disappeared and said she was with dangerous people,” the victim’s daughter, Rosa Ambriz, said. However, she had recently relocated and was preoccupied with other matters at the time.

Aubrey Gold, whose real name is Lauren Wambles and who is from Alabama, has appeared in 31 pornographic films.
