As we wait for season 5 of ” Cobra Kai “, it seems that its creators are already with a new series. Netflix has announced Obliterated, an action comedy written by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald. And, attention, because it looks interesting.
According to the brief synopsis offered by the platform, the series will revolve around an elite team of special forces who, upon finishing a mission in Las Vegas, decide to celebrate in a big way. However, once the party is over, they discover that the bomb they defused was fake, so they will have to overcome their drunkenness and their personal issues to find the real bomb.
At the moment the cast of the series has not been announced, since it is in the process of starting filming this coming summer. Which, if the forecasts are met, would coincide with the premiere of the new season of ‘Cobra Kai‘.Hurwitz, Schlossberg, and Heald will be in charge of directing the eight episodes (45 minutes long) that will make up ‘Obliterated’, which is produced by Counterbalance Entertainment and with Sony Pictures Television as the Studio.
