Filters are a thing of the past. At least, that is what the influencer Lele Pons made clear when posing on her Instagram, proudly showing the cellulite that she has on her legs.

The popular video creator wore a swimsuit made of gold fabric that exposed her curvaceous figure. She squatted in front of the mirror and captured her cellulite with the iPhone. She added more than 2.7 million reactions and comments that praised the fact that a personality like her shows her body as it is.

“How beautiful you are and we need more celebrities like Lele Pons were some of the comments.” Her followers admired her courage to show herself unfiltered in an era where digital retouching abounds on social platforms.

But this is not the first time that Lele Pons shows her cellulite . On April 21, she posed wearing a black swimsuit and also showed off her real body.

“Show your cellulite. I have always been super insecure when it comes to my cellulite! I try to hide it as much as I can in the photos. But today I won’t! This is me naturally. Who cares if others judge… Accept yourself and be confident,” she wrote.

Cellulite is a condition that almost all women and men have. More and more celebrities are joining the body-positive movement to tear down unattainable beauty stereotypes. The curvy model Ashley Graham and the singer Demi Lovato are some who have shown off their cellulite and stretch marks in front of the cameras.

Recently, Hillary Duff posed nude for a magazine and clarified that her photos had been doctored in an act of honesty with other women.

Eleonora Pons Maronese, the real name of Lele Pons, lives a constant rise in the world of showbiz. She started her career by posting short humorous videos on the Vine social network and quickly rose to fame.

Later, on her YouTube channel, she earned thousands of dollars from skits and was considered one of the most influential teenagers by Time magazine.

Now established as an influencer, she attends music and pop culture events and became an ambassador for the brands CoverGirl and Smashbox Cosmetics. She is also a singer, host, and model.

But not everything is glitter for the star. She long ago revealed that her Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) was especially difficult when she first moved to Los Angeles.

In the documentary The Secret Life of Lele Pons, he said he thought he could hide it and stopped taking his pills. But her situation worsened and she had to go back to therapy so as not to hurt her close circle.
