YouTube could remove the option to skip ads

It is said that YouTube considers the possibility of removing the option to skip the ads that are presented before each video.

A video of the Creator Insider channel, reports that the “skip ad” would be eliminated, to make the user see all the commercial and thus be able to monetize that content.

In this way, YouTube would make the videos of all its channels the best paid. When you see the full ads they pay better, but when they are skipped, the video is not monetized.

Currently there are ads that are shown without jumping option, it depends on the channel configuration. However, there is also the other part of removing the ad after spending 5 seconds.

Apparently, full commercials will last between 15 and 20 seconds and could soon reach all users.
