WhatsApp announced another novelty before the end of September. The director of WhatsApp, Will Cathcart, revealed to the technology medium Reuters, that soon users will have the ability to find all the businesses closest to their location point, of course, as long as these micro-companies use WhatsApp Business.

The company executive informed that at the moment the tool will be available only in the Brazilian city of São Paulo, however, Cathcart assured that the ideal candidates to test this function could be Indonesia and India.

It is a directory based on location, something similar to what Telegram has to find other nearby users from where you are, although on WhatsApp you will only see businesses that use the Business version.
