The release date for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl has been pushed back. Because of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, GSC Game World’s original plan called for the game to be released at the end of 2022; however, this was unable to be implemented because of the conflict in Ukraine.
In this way, after something was seen at the Xbox and Bethesda presentation the previous weekend, the developers released a fresh glimpse of Stalker 2 this Tuesday, and they confirmed that the game would now be ready in 2023.
But that isn’t all because GSC Game World also shared a video that was focused on the development of the game. In the video, it was explained that some team members have continued to work on Stalker 2 despite what is happening in their country, which is Ukraine. This was done despite the fact that the video was focused on the development of the game.
But clearly doing that has been difficult due to the nature of the game and the destruction that you witness on a regular basis. This is a difficulty.
In 2023, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be available for purchase on PC and Xbox Series X/S. Additionally, it will be included in the Game Pass library immediately after its first release.
