Although Google Chrome is one of the most popular browsers, most users are unaware of all the functions that this program hides. One of the most useful are markers and here we are going to show you how to use them.

You may not know it, but this browser allows you to save multiple web pages as favorites. In this way, the user will no longer have to write the entire address to visit them, they will only have to press a button and it will be displayed in seconds.

How to create a bookmark in Google Chrome?

1. You must first enter a certain web page. For example: www.facebook.com

2. Then you must press the keys Ctrl and D.

3. If you did it correctly, a small window titled ‘ add to bookmarks ‘ will appear.

4. You will have to press the ‘Done‘ button to save that page as a favorite.

That would be all. Below the address bar will appear the icon of the page that will serve as direct access, that is, you will no longer have to retype the entire URL, you will only have to press that button and you will visit the portal.

It is worth noting that it is not the only way to mark a favorite. There is an alternative method that consists of entering the Google Chrome settings (three-dot icon) and choosing the bookmarks option found within a long list.
