The Mexican singer Maite Perroni, a former member of the RBD group, confirmed that she has been single for a few months after ending her relationship of more than seven years with the Chilean producer Koko Stambuk. According to the artist, this did not occur due to discussions or for reasons of toxicity; on the contrary, he commented that everything happened within the framework of good terms between the two.
It was on the podcast “Se Regalan Dudas” , which is hosted by Ashley Frangie and Lety Sahágún , where this news was released and in which space the topic related to couple breakups and the closing of cycles after a relationship was discussed. On this occasion the cases occurred in a general way; that is to say, it was commented on when is the moment to end love relationships, friends or even family.
This was the reason for the singer and actress to assure that she is currently single after seven and a half years with Stambuk , which was the result of a sincere and adult conversation between both parties, since their relationship was turning into something else. Such a confession was at the actress’s own will, who took the floor, making this fact known, which surprised many.
“And then came the adult process of sitting down to have a dialogue where we could say ‘this cycle is ending, and although it hurts to see it, you have to see it because it is happening and it is turning into something else, we are entering another stage,” she said.

In that context, she made it clear that this was not necessarily due to being immersed in a toxic relationship, but simply, it was a story that had finished its cycle.
“ It’s been months now, only in that sense I’m very discreet, I’m not sharing those things, they are very personal processes, but it is already almost 6 months of a process of distance (…) of mourning, of closing, to say goodbye and to understand that new changes were coming for the better and also to make them from love, “he said.
He also added that in a situation like that the best thing was that both he and she said goodbye with the same love, honor and gratitude that existed.
“It hurts a lot, but it was difficult and at the same time he was an adult, he was healthy, it was liberating because we were already in different stages and we were walking to different places , ” she noted.
