Home remedies for dandruff and hair loss

Home remedies for dry dandruff

The home remedies to combat dry dandruff are:

1) Extra virgin olive oil :- Mix 5 tablespoons of olive oil with half a lemon and heat over low heat, once it is hot, apply it on the hair and let it rest for 30 minutes, and rinse with the shampoo you use. The treatment can apply 3 times a week.

2) Argan oil :- Combine tablespoons of Argan oil with a tablespoon of olive oil, heat the mixture and apply on the scalp, let it sit for 30 minutes . Rinse with the shampoo you use regularly. This treatment can be done 4 times per week.

If you have oily or greasy dandruff you can follow the following tips to combat the evil.

1) Apple cider vinegar :- Mix 6 tablespoons of vinegar with 6 tablespoons of distilled water in a bottle. To make the mixture perfect, shake the bottle for 2 minutes, then apply to the hair . Let the hair dry and rinse with warm water. The treatment can be done every day.

2) Baking soda :- Combine 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 8 drops of olive oil and a little water. Apply this mixture on the hair and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold or warm water. The treatment must be applied every day.

3) Lemon :- Peel a lemon and boil the shell with a glass of water for 2 minutes. Pour into a bottle container with spray and add the lemon juice, shake it for 1 minute and apply to the roots of the hair. You can rinse if necessary. Apply all day treatment.

Pure honey :– Mix 10 tablespoons of pure honey with 3 tablespoons of hot water . Apply the mixture on the hair by gently massaging it in a circular way, then cover the hair with a cloth and leave for 3 hours. Rinse with warm water. The treatment can be done for 1 month every day.

Infusion :- To supplement prepares an infusion with dandelion . The infusion should be taken three times a day. Another infusion that you can prepare is with the ponytail that should be taken three times a day.

1) Onion juice : Extract the onion juice and apply on the hair , leave on for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water. The treatment can be done for 3 months every day.

2) Egg white: Beat 4 hollow clearings in a bowl and apply on the scalp, let stand for half an hour and rinse with cold water. The treatment can be applied 4 times a week for 2 months.

3) Green cabbage : Cook the cabbage leaves and rub the cooked leaves all over the hair. Let dry with in hair and wash with plenty of warm water. The treatment must be done 3 times a week.

4) Aloe vera (aloe): Cut the aloe stalk horizontally and rub the hair with the inside of the penis. Let the strands dry in the hair and rinse with cold water. The treatment must be done every day for a month.
