Ana de la Reguera reveals which vitamins she takes to produce collagen and fight aging

The Mexican actress revealed how she takes care of her skin and keeps it young with vitamins.

Ana de la Reguera is one of the most beautiful Mexican actresses because at 44 she looks more spectacular than ever, however, she achieves this thanks to a skincare routine in which one of the fundamental parts is vitamins because they help you produce collagen and fight to age.

Through an interview for Vogue, Ana de la Reguera revealed which vitamins she takes to care for her skin since the ‘Cappadocia’ actress assures that “we have to start taking care of ourselves from the inside and then go to the outside ”.

What vitamins does Ana de la Reguera take to combat aging?

Complejo B

One of the vitamins that Ana de la Reguera takes to combat aging is the B complex, which is the set of B vitamins that has niacin, folic acid, and biotin, among other supplements that help improve the appearance of the skin. In addition, the B complex helps to reinforce the skin barrier, stimulate cell renewal and protect against UV rays

C vitamin

Ana de la Reguera keeps her skin healthy and free of signs of aging thanks to vitamin C, the best vitamin to produce collagen naturally. This antioxidant is ideal for repairing tissues, preventing premature aging, and removing wrinkles and fading blemishes.

Glutathione

This vitamin is also known as a “master antioxidant” and is a substance that the body produces naturally and, according to the Meritene portal, is essential to protect cells from oxidative damage. Likewise, glutathione is capable of inhibiting melanin, the natural pigment that determines the color of the skin, eyes, hair, etc.

According to Ana de la Reguera, these are the vitamins that she takes daily before her skincare routine or as part of it. However, it is important that before applying or consuming any product you consult your dermatologist, as some skins may be sensitive to this type of active ingredient.
