While the story manages to portray the true story that inspired Moby Dick, he can not go further. The development of the characters is overwhelming and the visual effects do not disappoint. However, more was expected from a film directed by Ron Howard.

A war drama that shows the momentary adolescent life of four boys until the Third World War breaks out. Holland’s role in the film is small, however it presents a young man with whom you easily create a relationship in a tender and naive way. An exploration of the unknown leads Holland’s character – with a rather peculiar mustache – to survive the most dangerous paths. While not a character who steals screens, Holland manages to come before the presence of his colleague, Charlie Hunnam. A very Indiana Jones film, aesthetically appealing, with a strong protagonist (who would first be Brad Pitt, then Benedict Cumberbatch and finally Charlie Hunnam) and an entertaining adventure.

It may be that few recognize it, but the voice of Tom Holland makes an appearance on the tape as Eddie, the son of Tom Hardy. Although for many this film should not appear on this list, because Tom is not physically acting, the voice is also a great factor for the film, taking into account the plot of it. Also this is not the first time he lends his voice, as he also dubbed Arrietty and the world of the tiny Studio Ghibli.
