Euphoria Fan recreates scenes from the series with Barbies

From fashion inspirations to beauty trends, “ Euphoria ” set the tone for trends earlier in the year. The show is known for going viral for its drama and dynamic characters, but a fan page is taking things to the next level on Instagram.

The @euphoriaddicted account is making waves online by recreating iconic scenes from the series with Barbie dolls. From spot backgrounds to knock-offs of legitimate outfits, this page spends time and effort to make sure scenes are rendered correctly.

During an interview with Popsugar, the page’s anonymous creator revealed that he sews “mini costume replicas and gathers tiny accessories” from flea markets. “In addition to the incredible stories and characters, I fell in love with the aesthetics of the series,” said the Swedish creator.

What scenes and characters did they recreate?

From the hilarious moment, Faye was stuffed into a hotel room vent to Cassie hiding on New Year’s Eve to Nate and Fez’s showdown, @euphoriaddicted strives to recreate “memorable scenes that stick in the memory “viewer”.

“Because it’s pretty gritty and dark, I think it’s great to recreate the scenes with Barbies that are usually used in much lighter, more fun situations,” she said. The cast and crew of the show caught wind of the page, and when the first season aired in 2019, Maude Apatow, who plays Lexi, and Alanna Ubach, who plays Suze, liked the recreations of the page.
