Chris Pratt, the actor of the Guardians of the Galaxy, announced through his Instagram account his commitment to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s eldest daughter. “Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes, I’m thrilled to marry you, proud to live bravely in faith, here we go!” Chris wrote next to a ring emoji.
The picture of the post, in which Katherine wears the engagement ring, is one of the few that the couple shared since they began dating in June last year, when they were presented by Maria Shriver, mother of the bride. Pratt had already uploaded some images of his partner to his account for his birthday on the last December 13th.
Terminator’s oldest daughter is the author of self-help books and a children’s story about how she rescued her dog. In addition, she is the ambassador for Aspca, the American Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and gathers almost half a million followers on Instagram, where she shows her lifestyle.
Although the news seems to be rushed, rumors of romance were already circulating since the actor formalized his divorce in October of Anna Faris, mother of his son Jack, and with whom he was in a partnership between 2009 and 2017. The actors maintain a great relationship since their separation and it is common to see them together accompanying the six-year-old child, and even adding their current partners to the extended family.
