“I had a lot of ‘nearly'” In an interview, actress Gal Gadot admitted that it was difficult for her to witness how actress Charlize Theron grabbed the lead role in the popular film ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ from her.
Dating back to the summer of 2017, we discovered an interview in which the Israeli celebrity expressed her disappointment to ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ after being passed over for a role in the iconic science fiction picture.
“I had a lot of “almosts” to huge things, but I never had a big enough name… It was always just me and “the big name”… “Rejection is hard in this business,” Gal Gadot began her confession.
“I had so many ‘almost’s, and another screen test, and another role, and another role, and I thought, telling my husband, I’m not sure how long I can take this, bringing my family to Los Angeles, doing this,” she continued.
