WhatsApp Desktop: How to share documents with titles?

Today we will let you know how you can share documents with titles and subtitles on WhatsApp Desktop.

Today we will let you know how you can share documents with titles and subtitles in the famous WhatsApp Desktop application, so pay attention and take note of the following.

Surely until now, you knew that it is impossible to add titles or subtitles when you send Word, Excel, PDF, etc. documents.

Well, although it may not seem like it, WhatsApp Desktop will be the first platform to have this feature.

And it seems that WhatsApp is reinforcing its messaging platform with new features that in 2009 users did not imagine that the Meta application could have.

For example: recently the sending of files of up to 2 GB was officially launched, leaving behind the scarce 100 MB that is offered as a limit.

However, now they reinforce the aforementioned function with another very important one, which will arrive for WhatsApp Desktop and consists of adding titles and subtitles to the documents.

To be clear, the “Titles” would be something new that would come to WhatsApp and all its versions, however, the “Subtitles” has already existed for a long time, because before sending a photo or video, the application provides the opportunity to leave a description or comment at the bottom.

It is worth mentioning that in the case of titles, the mechanism is the same, the difference is that they will be anchored on the top side of the file.

Also, if you try to send a document via WhatsApp, mobile, Web, or Desktop, you won’t even be able to add “Subtitles”, for this reason, we want to include this feature.

According to the WabetaInfo technology portal, the idea of the tool is to easily locate any document through a chat if the “Title” is remembered.

It is important to note that the “Titles” and “Subtitles” will be available first in the Beta version of WhatsApp Desktop.

Therefore, we recommend installing it so that in a future update you have access to the aforementioned option.

To install WhatsApp desktop beta for Windows you must first download it from the page and it will install automatically, so just open the file and scan the QR code to link your account.

While for MacOS computers or laptops, the process is similar, since the WhatsApp Desktop Beta file will automatically be downloaded and installed.

Later, you must open the file and the platform will be installed automatically, finally, scan the QR code that appears to link your account.
