Death of René Malleville: OM supporters pay tribute to him with a minute of applause

Finally, the group of ultras of the Old Guard 1984 sent a message of encouragement to the former president of the club, Bernard Tapie. “All of Marseille with the Boss”, they wrote on a banner displayed in front of the Vélodrome before the match. Aged 78, the former Marseille leader is fighting a double cancer of the oesophagus and the stomach. His son Stéphane published a message on Sunday, accompanied by photos of him and his father, on his Instagram account: “Enjoy your loved ones before they leave”.
