The BJP has asked all its 106 MLAs to reach Mumbai by Thursday morning. Along with this, 50 MLAs of Shinde Camp including 40 MLAs of Shiv Sena have also been asked to attend the meeting.
Shiv Sena, which announced the support of Presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu, has suffered a major setback. It is reported that the army led by Chief Uddhav Thackeray was not called to meet Murmu.
NDA candidates are reaching Mumbai on Thursday. During this, she will meet all the MLAs and MPs of the state. After Thackeray announced Murmu’s support, discussions in the political corridors intensified.
According to the Times of India report, Thackeray-led Shiv Sena has not been invited to the meeting with Murmu on Thursday. According to the report, Shiv Sena MP Vinayak Raut, who was involved in the Thackeray camp, said, “We have not received an invitation from the BJP or anyone to meet Draupadi Murmu yet. So there is no question that Shiv Sena should attend the meeting to be held on Thursday. Since she is a tribal woman, President Uddhav Thackeray has decided to support her and nothing else.

It is reported that Murmu will reach Mumbai on Thursday afternoon. During this, he will be accompanied by other leaders including Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Bharti Pawar.
