According to court documents, the performer was removed from the queue at the airport in February 2019. This picture appeared in Lipa’s feed 4 days later. The photo agency claims that she made a profit from posts on her photoblog, since her account is monetized, therefore she is demanding compensation in the amount of $ 150,000.
In addition, Dua must reimburse the legal costs. The photo agency also asks the court to accept the order, which will not allow the artist to violate his rights anymore.
