The Bella twins, Nicki and Brie Garcia, Make Their Departure from WWE. Renamed as The Garcia Twins

The WWE Hall of Fame won’t be able to boast of Nikki and Brie Bella anymore. The duo recently announced their departure from the wrestling promotion. Although it didn’t come as a total shock (given the recent events!), it still left the fans flabbergasted.

Let’s look into the details of the matter and see what’s cooking now in the twins’ life.

Nikki Bella and Brie Bella Leave WWE

Nikki Bella’s decision not to renew the twins’ contract with WWE was first talked about on their show, The Nikki and Brie Show. Talking about the it she said,

“When our contract came up with WWE, mutually we all knew we just needed to head into this new chapter.”

Being the famous Bella sisters brought them name, fame, and no small amount of the wealth game! And for that, they remained thankful. But now it’s time to move on to a new name, a new identity for the twins and as much as it’s a poignant moment, we are happy for them for entering this new phase of their lives as The Garcia Twins!

Nikki and Brie Garcia – Their Journey

Both Nikki and Brie had been with WWE as The Bella Twins for 17 years now. The company that took form all the way back in 2007 flourished under their name and influence.

Their time with WWE made them the winner  if The Divas Championship three times and they were featured on Total Divas as well. In fact, such is their fame ever since they began that at one point in 20018, Nikki Garcia was also rumored to marry John Cena. (but, oh well.)

Unfortunately for her though, Nikki’s neck injury meant she had to reture from wrestling but the 2021 WWE Hall of Fame featured her there nonetheless.
So, the journey has been good regardless of their departure now and we wish The Garcia Twins all the very best for their new chapter.
