Shakira announces tour that will open in Germany, without dates yet in Latin America

Shakira today announced a new world tour, “El Dorado World Tour”, which will begin with a European stage that will open on November 8 in Cologne (Germany) to continue from January 2018 in North America, while the dates For Latin America will be known “later”.
