While promoting her latest film “The Lost City,” actress Sandra Bullock announced that she will take some time off, during which she wants to enjoy being a mother, to return when her children are 16 or 17-year-old teenagers.
Actress Sandra Bullock , 57, announced to her followers that she is taking a break from acting to focus on raising her two children , Louis, 11, and Laila, eight. During a question and answer session with the public after the screening of his latest film “The lost city” at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival in Austin, Texas, Bullock told his next professional plans: “I’m going to take a time to be a mother,” Fox News reported .
When asked by an audience member if she plans to work on more film projects involving the Hispanic and Chicano communities, Sandra replied, “I love stories that show the imperfection of love within families and communities. I’d love to [keep doing that] when I’m done being a mom. I will do it again. I do not know when. Probably when they are teenagers, 16 or 17 years old.”
The actress also confirmed her professional break in an interview with Entertainment Tonight , in which she said she wasn’t sure how long it would take. However, she explained that right now she needs to be “in the place that makes me the happiest. I want to be with my babies and my family 24 hours a day. That’s where I’m going to be for a while . “
Sandra shares parenting tasks with her boyfriend Bryan Randall , whom she has referred to as the love of her life: “We share two beautiful children – three children, with his eldest daughter -, it’s the best there is,” she revealed to the artist on “Red Table Talk” last December, referring to the 55-year-old photographer.
