The case of Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, is becoming increasingly complicated with the production of adult films and the dissemination of films through different apps. Another actress has filed an FIR against 3 to 4 producers of Raj Kundra’s company on Tuesday. Actress Gehana Vashistha is also included in the culprits. The actress who has filed the case is a budding actress. A case has been registered at Malwani police station in Malad area of Mumbai.
The same FIR has been registered under sections 392,393,420 and 34 of the Indian Law Code (IPC). Also a case has been registered under IT Act (IT Act) 66,67. Acts 3,4,6,7 have also been enacted to prevent indecent depiction of women against criminals. The matter will now be handed over to the property cell of Mumbai Police’s crime branch.
Meanwhile, according to sources in Mumbai Crime Branch, on Tuesday, the police have made 120 new videos. He can become a big witness against Raj Kundra. Actually, Raj Kundra was apprehensive of his arrest, so he changed his mobile in March itself. Because of this, the Crime Branch has not yet received the old data related to the case. The search for those old data is on. If that data is taken in hand, many more shocking revelations can happen
