Netflix: The Tinder scammer reacted to his documentary

Recently, the controversial Tinder scammer, Simon Leviev, reacted to his documentary that launched the famous Netflix platform and also sent a message on his official Instagram account.

As you may remember, Simon Leviev, whose real last name is Hayut, is the protagonist of the stories of the Netflix series “The Netflix Scammer” and, although his Instagram account grew in followers after the premiere of the documentary, the Israeli man I delete after reacting to the series and sending a message to viewers in their stories.

“The Tinder Scammer” is a new Netflix documentary film that tells the story of three women who were scammed by Simon Leviev, an Israeli man who posed as a millionaire and sadly left them bankrupt.

Since its premiere on Netflix on February 2, it has been a trend on the platform and viewers have reacted to the documentary on various social networks with opinions, memes or anecdotes on dating applications.

Also, thousands of people found Simon Leviev’s Instagram account, where he boasted luxuries and trips, getting more than 200 thousand followers since the premiere of the documentary.

After a few days in silence regarding his story told on Netflix, Simon Leviev shared a story reacting to the documentary and sending a message to his new followers before deleting his Instagram profile.

It is worth mentioning that the Netflix documentary film exposes Simon Leviev as a scammer who made around $10 million dollars by scamming women on dating apps.

The story was known in some parts of Europe after the complaints of women and became media coverage at the regional level when Simon Hayut was arrested in 2019; however, and unfortunately he was released after a few months.

However, his case is now known throughout the world and, with an Instagram account that until recently was public, he received negative messages and comments on his posts.

During the weekend in which the documentary became a trend on Netflix, Simon Leviev shared a message through Instagram stories:

The screenshot of Leviev’s story spread on social media; however, he changed the privacy settings of his Instagram account to no longer be public on Monday, February 7, and then deleted his profile.

Unfortunately, despite the accusations against him, Simon Leviev is a free man in Israel after spending five months in prison in 2019 and continued to show off his life of luxury on social media until a few days ago.

On the other hand, the Netflix series, in addition to exposing the case, raises the possibility of revenge on the scammer by the three women who star in the documentary.
