With the fourth season of ‘Elite’ about to premiere – it arrives on Netflix on June 18 – the platform will offer an appetizer to fans with ‘Elite Week ‘, four unpublished stories that expand the universe of youth fiction and that will begin its broadcast on June 14, ending on the eve of the premiere of the fourth batch of episodes.
This spin-off will be titled ‘Elite Brief Stories’, which will be four stories that will be set during the summer before the start of the new course at the prestigious Las Encinas institute. Divided into three short chapters, which the streaming service will begin to launch on Monday, June 14, on a daily basis, until reaching Thursday 17, with the premiere of the fourth season.
‘Short stories’ will be the prelude to what happens with the veterans of the institute (Miguel Bernardeau, Itzan Escamilla, Omar Ayuso, Arón Piper, Claudia Salas and Georgina Amorós). This spin-off is written by the creators of the series, Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona.
“Every new season we write we always end up leaving some stories of our characters out. […] Thus more or less the idea of ’Elite Short Stories’ arose, we wanted to have the possibility of exploring those stories that we were left wanting to tell and that the world would discover them, ”says Montero in a statement. “It is a gift for all fans,” he adds.
