David Benioff and DB Weiss will develop productions for the platform
Netflix has closed a global agreement with producers David Benioff and DB Weiss, responsible for creating the “Game of Thrones” series, to create exclusive content for the streaming platform.
“We are excited to welcome the master narrators David Benioff and DB Weiss on Netflix,” said Ted Sarandos, Netflix content manager.
“They are a creative force and have dazzled audiences around the world with their epic narration. We are looking forward to seeing what your imaginations are going to bring to our members,” the executive added.
According to Hollywood Reporter, the check that producers will receive could be $ 200 million.
