Maite Perroni reveals the reasons that led to suspicion of a possible pregnancy

The actress recently concluded the recording of the series ‘Tríada’, in which she debuted as an associate producer alongside Epigmenio Ibarra.

At the end of last April, a magazine with national circulation assured that Maite Perroni was pregnant with her partner, Andrés Tovar . Shortly after, the actress herself denied her version through her public relations agency; however, rumors about it continued.

Today, a month and a half after the news, the former RBD explained that if someone noticed something different in her physique, it was due to the requirements that the production of Tríada demanded of her , a series that she recorded for Netflix and that represents one of the biggest challenges of her artistic career.

For the first time, Maite Perroni serves as associate producer alongside Epigmenio Ibarra, Linda Ramos and Jaime Ramos with a story written by Roberto Estopello and Leticia López . In it she will give life to three characters and according to what has transpired, it is the new version of the telenovela Lazos de amor that Lucero starred in for Televisa in 1996.

“I can’t say much, but Triad required a lot of me, maybe everything. It is the most challenging project of my career because I make three characters with very different personalities”, explained the star of The eighth clause and Without you I can not , films produced by Expansión Film Entertainment.

The versions around her alleged pregnancy, she said, is something that can never be escaped. “Unfortunately, we are always exposed to public opinion and meaningless interpretations, without foundation, without truth and without knowing what is happening.”

What was happening is that Maite Perroni concentrated for almost eight months on the pre-production of Tríada . “I had no more life than a few hours on Sunday to recover my soul and continue shooting from Monday to Saturday up to 18 hours a day. That has been my reality in recent months and I am super proud of this project that I hope people like because it is a challenge for me”.

What they say about her and it is not true, is no longer something that affects her or alters her day to day. “Before I was worried about everything that was being said about me, now I dedicate myself to work, to continue doing what I like the most and I leave everything else aside because my reality is different.”

Maite Perroni has almost 20 years of career in theater, television, cinematographic and musical stages. She does not give up on continuing to search for projects that enrich her and make her grow as an artist and personally, such as the production of the Spara wine line that she launched in December 2021 and has achieved sales success on platforms and supermarkets. In addition, she has in mind to support a foundation and raise awareness around a social issue.

“I have the need and the hope to continue building as a businesswoman and, at the same time, to continue contributing, to help in whatever way I can with my grain of sand. I feel very lucky because it has been almost 20 years of constant work, I never stop having dreams and goals, materializing plans and having the opportunity to do what I am most passionate about.

“These have been years of great effort, sacrifice, satisfaction and learning, of lucky moments, of searching, of many experiences that have nurtured me, that have taught me and that, to this day, make me feel like a much loved woman. clearer and more prepared, although I still have a lot to continue learning”, she concluded.
