“Spider-Man: No Way Home” has caused a great sensation worldwide, especially due to the participation of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire and other actors who reprised their role; and, recently, it was confirmed that Kirsten Dunst, who played Mary Jane Watson in the Sam Raimi trilogy, expressed her willingness to reprise her character in any arachnid movie.
As she confessed to the People interview, Kirsten Dunst stated that she would be delighted to be Peter Parker’s love interest again, claiming that she would be more than willing to participate in a new project that was within the Marvel Universe.
“I have been asked a couple of times. It’s obvious. That was a big part of my career and my life.”
In this way, Dunst points out that he is fully available to Marvel for an appearance in the arachnid franchise that the doors of the multiverse have opened.
It is necessary to point out that, in “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, the spell cast by Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) brought back several of the most iconic villains of the arachnid hero from different realities. Likewise, it also involved the return of Tobey Maguire and
Andrew Garfield, the previous incarnations of Spiderman.
For this reason, Dunst raised and joked in the interview, noting that she would like to play a Mary Jane Watson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: “A more grown-up Mary Jane”.
