Emilio Beta confirms that after recording “Resistiré 2” he was diagnosed with cancer

The athlete and speaker Emilio Beta surprised his followers on social networks by announcing that cancer returned to his life again.

It was through his Instagram account that Emilio published a video and explained that he began with pain during the recording of the second season of ” I will resist “. However, it wasn’t until he left the show that he had tests done to find out what was going on in his body.

The athlete commented that a nuclear medicine study was carried out that cost him almost 30 thousand pesos, which aims to search for and analyze if there are tumours.

It is basically to check the entire body with nuclear medicine in search of no more tumours because when there is a tumour somewhere there may be another in another organ”, explained Emilio.

Upon opening the results and reading them, the speaker burst into tears, because not only was he struggling with a tumour that he already had in his spine, but now he had to face two new tumours: in the rib and lungs.

“The cancer is spreading throughout the body and to be honest… I am very afraid,” said the “Resistiré” participant in his video.

THE HARD LIFE OF EMILIO BETA

Emilio Βetancourt was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 13, but he beat it. At the age of 15, he entered the world of sports and participated in the Paralympics. At 17 he participated in an ultramarathon where he won more than 55 kilometers. At 18, fate surprised him again: one of his legs had to be amputated. And at 19, he became a lecturer and fell in love.
