At her wedding, Britney Spears kisses Madonna, they recreate a moment from 19 years ago

Britney Spears’ wedding was like a fairy tale, as revealed by the first photos of the celebration that took place yesterday; In addition, the party was attended by celebrities such as Donatella Versace, Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, and Madonna, with whom she recreated an iconic kiss on the mouth from 19 years ago.

The so-called princess of pop and her fiancé, trainer Sam Asghari, were married yesterday in an intimate ceremony attended by several celebrities; Vogue magazine revealed the first photos of the moments that were experienced in the Thousand Oaks mansion in Los Angeles.

Britney wore a custom, off-the-shoulder, leg-slit dress with a classic white satin-trimmed veil while her now-husband wore a dapper tuxedo, both by Versace.

The wedding planner was celebrity event producer Jeffrey Best.

“We wanted to make this a beautiful little moment with family and friends,” Britney told  Vogue. “We wanted warm, feminine colors including blush, white, cream, and gold, and many varied shades of pink, blush, and red,” she added.

Madonna and Britney shared the pop music throne during the 1990s and early 2000s. The former was the “queen” of pop, the latter the “princess.”

The two collaborated in 2003 with “Me against the music” and their performance to the rhythm of “Like a Virgin” -Madonna’s emblem- at the MTV network awards that year, with a kiss between the two included, is considered one of the most memorable moments in pop culture.

19 years later, at Spears’ third wedding, that kiss was repeated.
