After a long list of options to enjoy the variety of Halloween content, Disney + arrives with some updates and new proposals to enjoy in November, just when the platform turns two years old. The original bet was to give space by streaming to his original productions and others that have been acquired from his catalog. Now more than ever they are in revenge to launch products that will make sure you stay glued to the screen.
Under the Helmet: The Legacy of Boba Fett
For years – decades even – Boba Fett has been the greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy. And on December 29 we will see him in his own series, The Book of Boba Fett, which is considered a prequel to the successful series of the platform The Mandalorian. But first, Disney + will release this special documentary on November 12 that reviews the creation and legacy of this fan-favorite Star Wars character.
Disney + day
Not much is known about this platform special set to premiere on November 12, but the synopsis says it “explores the MCU’s Disney + series – past, present, and future“. So we may get new glimpses of some of the upcoming Marvel series. And if you’ve been a fan of them so far, you won’t want to miss this presentation. A celebration for the two years of this platform that has managed to earn its place as one of the most important of the new era of series and cinema.
Shang-Chi and the legend of the Ten Rings
After only opening in theaters in September, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is finally coming to Disney + for free to subscribers on November 12. Now you can relive the magic of the Shang-Chi’s origin story once again or discover this coming Avenger, all from the comfort of your own home.
If you’re looking for a classic adventure movie to watch as a family, Jungle Cruise is coming to Disney + on November 12. The film stars Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt and takes the Disneyland attraction it was based on to transform it into an exciting and fun tale.
Home Sweet Home Alone
Get ready for the 2020 version of the Home Alone (O My Poor Little Angel) franchise with this updated movie that takes on another helpless boy who must defend himself when two wacky robbers try to break into his home. While nothing can beat the original, this movie – due out November 12 – should be fun to watch if you’re looking for something new this holiday season.
The Beatles: Get Back
On November 25, Disney + brings us one of the most intimate looks at the Beatles in this special three-part documentary directed by Peter Jackson. There you will see Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Ringo Starr and George Harrison like never before. And despite being made up of material from 50 years ago, the restoration makes it look like it was filmed today.
Christmas gets a little early this year with the debut of Hawkeye, the new MCU series that premieres on November 24. As an extra treat for viewers, Disney + will upload two episodes that day. This mini series is the continuation of the films in the franchise and takes place after the events of the movie Avengers: Endgame (2019).
The plot takes place while Hawkeye is in New York after the Avengers crisis. Clint Barton must work alongside young archer Kate Bishop to confront enemies from his past as Ronin, in order to get back to his family in time for Christmas Eve.
Jeremy Renner reprises his role as Clint Barton, with Hailee Steinfeld joining him as Kate Bishop. Vera Farmiga, Fra Fee, Tony Dalton, Zahn McClarnon, Brian d’Arcy James, and Alaqua Cox also star.
